Due to Hygiene & Safety, We Do Not Accept Returns on Opened Products

  • If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
  • We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions, change of mind, or product variations, as all formulations are natural and handmade.
