Returns and Refunds

At Olearia Botanics, every product is lovingly handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of the nature of our skincare and botanical products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, skin reaction, or personal preference once the product has been opened or used.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can make it right.

🧴 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect:

1) Email us at hello@oleariabotanics.com.au within 7 days.

2) Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product and packaging.
We’ll happily replace the item or offer a store credit where appropriate.

💛 Skin Sensitivities

Our formulations are crafted with care using high-quality, natural ingredients. Everyone’s skin is unique, so we encourage patch testing before use. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for individual skin sensitivities or allergies, but we’re always here to guide you toward the right product for your skin type.

📦 Change of Mind

As our products are perishable, self-care items, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or opened goods.

🕊 Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
